Real estate agent Jenna Steele has been chosen to sell professional quarterback Andy McKnight's huge home in order to make enough money to send her adopted sister to a prestigious university. But she hates professional athletes, considering them lazy and playboys in real life while making millions for entertainment purposes. When he convinces her he does have a heart and a conscience, she falls in love with the man who drives her crazy and doesn't wear a watch. There's only one problem—Jenna's wrists have been splashed with a home remedy love potion by an older client, and now all men are falling at her feet, willing to kill to date her. She knows that once the love potion wears off, Andy will be gone and she'll be forced to find a job out of state just to survive the bombardment of the paparazzi and Andy's friends.

What they're saying about it:

"First book by the author and i'm getting my feet wet and warmed up. Jenna and Andy gel together in a unusual way. Jenna is trying to survive on her own and doesn't have the time of day for dating espesically a football player she only has time for work, Andy he was full of witty remarks kinda made me laugh at some of his comebacks in saying that I liked the book I got really into it some parts got a little slow at times then it picked back up but I still fell In Love with the book as I read on . In a way it kind of reminds me of the movie with Sandra Bullock(love potion#9). I would encourage to give the book a try as this is my opinion on how I felt while reading it."--Amazon Reviewer

"I found this to be a great book! I was a little hesitant to buy this since it didn't have the number of pages and that usualy means its a novella I've found. This though was a full novel with great main charachters. I love how strong all the women are in her novels. If you like books by Susan Elizabeth Phillups then this is a great buy for you!"--Amazon Reviewer

Ex-beauty queen contestant Lauren McDonald is thrust into the spy underworld when her boyfriend's job starts to seep into his personal life, making her the conduit for the transfer of information from one enemy to another. Her life can never be the same again when she agrees to marry Shawn (her boyfriend) and become an agent, just to save her life and the United States. But the odds are against her, and those dreams of a peaceful married life go right out the window when she finds out the true mission of the enemy.

What they're saying about it:

"That is wonderful house of mirrors which I am not going to try to capsulize, for it would leave out so many splendid ideas and quick turns and just when you think you have one person figured out, there he goes off the cliff of unsureness again. It is a party of a novel. The dialogue is so sparkling. the action so very hairpin curve, and it is essential to note every part of it is Ms. Anderson's attention to and unrelenting quest to make a complex statement. I feel, that as everyone, from the President on down, really enjoys this and perhaps who is on the run from someone else on the run, maybe or not, could easily run in the other direction at a moment's notice.

Among the total lol knowingness of her writing, the absolutely brilliance of a deserving writer to keep her layers straight while we watch a tightly constructed novel that dares laugh at a spy vs.spy via THE MAN WHO WAS THURSDAY with the colorful make of everyone, there is underneath that disturbing globule they do expect to win the world.

And how foolish we can be when we think otherwise. It is saucy and sexy and romantic and knocks down the stupid notion that women are meant to be the scenic backdrop of spy novels. Happily this is not the case here. The men can play. But always under tutelage of a wise, keenly observant writer. We return to capers that are a refreshing cocktail. The bubbles tickle and the color is pink; the high society clothes conceal a gun most often.

Ms. Anderson seems to say isn't it time to lighten up and does so with a plot that is Russian novel complex and always for a purpose, always fair to the reader lets have a knockabout fun always steered steady course round the reality we must live with. In other words, brain happily reeling, score one for a fun fantasy "guns and bombs" parody by a writer who has an extraordinary ear for dialogue as well."--Amazon Reviewer

"Whew! Talk about action! Lauren works for the government, but suddenly finds herself swept off her feet by her new boyfriend, married, and a whole new life is hers. It's filled with spies, murderers, surprises and danger. It's all done with humor. If you like action, romance, and humor, this is the one. Markee Anderson does a great job on this one."--Amazon Reviewer

Someone is chasing Amy Watson in the small western Florida community. After running into an adorable man named Mark Dallas at the beach, she realizes he's not all he seems to be, becoming almost like a superhero to her. He has bodyguards from his business—a gaming software company named Madcap—and seems to know all the big shots in town. But when she confronts him, he just says he's an ordinary programmer. When a dead body is found in Amy's apartment, it's time that Mark sets the record straight, leading them on a scavenger hunt around the nation to find out why Amy's being targeted. Could it be because she's collaborated with the NSA to tell them how to do their job, or maybe her ties to the Department of Homeland Security to explain how to find terrorists without racial profiling? Or maybe it's a simple game of cat and mouse, hunting for something long lost. Regardless, Amy and Mark are on the run, to save her life while she gains the infamous glass slipper in Mark Dallas' world.

What they're saying about it:

"A novel begins with a woman being chased by a man in black. Markee Anderson invites you along for the ride in familiar territory but territory she has marked by her own wild imagination. And you feel comfortable, You know you are in for a good time .Words dance in Markee Anderson's book, birthed of a sharp mind and a sure sense of purpose, to give us a good vacation.. SAVED BY THE GLASS SLIPPER teams with spies, I' romance, a very fun and smart plot, sly misdirection, very knowing, endearing, that always plays fair. What has become excess by the gallons of blood and down to descriptions of each millimeter of flesh in sex passages and the functioning of bodies as fuming machines in so many books and films, you won't find here. For in this novel, the sex is gentle and reassuring, the kisses, the caring and giving are nice and reflective, then the tense plot is off and running again. And Mark and Amy really like each other a lot. There is a happy ending and it's all rather like, having seen the James Bond movies go insane, so you try Ian Fleming again, and there are plots of cunning and surprise and dialogue intelligent and people you like and all written with style and character. I've just again described this fast paced split second timing novel by Markee Anderson."--Amazon Reviewer

"Saved by the Glass Slipper is a fun mystery with plenty of twists and turns to keep you guessing. The characters are likeable. The dialogue is oftentimes funny yet serious when it needs to be, and it doesn't drag the story. The plot has a conspiracy theory element to it, so if you think what you know is all there is...this might not be the book for you. All in all, a great read that kept me guessing--and laughing--from the first page to the last."--Amazon Reviewer
